Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) and purification technology of total flavonoids in Fructus Viticis.METHODS: The optimal extracting parameters including the ethanol concentration,the extracting temperature,the extracting time,the microwave power and the ratio of solid to liquid were obtained through orthogonal experiment with the content of total flavanoids as index.Under this condition,the crude flavonoids was purified by using D-101 macroporous resin.RESULTS: The best extraction conditions were as follows: the ethanol concentration was 60%;the extracting temperature was 80 ℃;the extracting time was 40 min;the microwave power was 600 W;the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶15.The content of total flavonoids in the refined product was above 84.93%.CONCLUSION: The optimized extraction technology is stable and feasible and it serves as rationale for the industrialization of the extraction and purification technology of total flavonoids in Fructus Viticis.
