Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Compound gaobo intranasal spray.METHODS: Rhizoma et Radix Ligustici,Mentha haplocalyx and Borneolum Syntheticum in the preparation were identified qualitatively by TLC,and the content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC.RESULTS: Rhizoma et Radix Ligustici,Mentha haplocalyx and Borneolum Syntheticum were well-separated and distinctive in TLC.The linear range of ferulic acid was 0.292～0.876 ?g(r=0.999 9) and the average recovery was 97.97%(RSD=1.70%,n=6).CONCLUSION: The established standard is applicable for the quality control of Compound gaobo intranasal spray.
