Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of caffeic acid in Qingrejiedu oral solution(solution for heat-clearing and detoxicating) by HPLC.METHODS: The determination of sample was performed on Hypersil BDS C18(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) with methanol-sodium potassiumphosphate solution(22∶78) as mobile phase.The detective wavelength was set at 323 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of Caffeic acid was 0.001 57～0.025 12 mg? mL-1(r=0.999 8) and the average recovery was 100.3%(RSD=1.73%,n=6).CONCLUSION: This method is rapid,simple,accurate and reproducible with high recovery rate,and it can be used for the quality control of Qingrejiedu oral solution.
