Abstract:
Triggered by Sanlu Milk Power event,the article seeks for ways to improve the construction of commercial morality,illustrates theoretically the necessity and the possibility of the functional complement between law and morality,probes practically into how to realize their mutual complement and the unity of self-discipline and heteronomy,and therefore efficiently improve the construction of morality.
