Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of nimodipine in nimodipine emulsion.METHODS: The sample was separated on Lichrospher C18 column with methanol-water-tetrahydrofuran(38∶29∶29) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.3 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 237 nm;The column temperature was set at 39 ℃ and the sample size was 20 ?L.RESULTS: The linear range of nimodipine was 1.0～40.0 ?g?mL1(r=0.999 8) and the average recovery rate was 98.62%(RSD=1.28%).CONCLUSION: The established HPLC method is applicable for the determination of nimodipine content in nimodipine emulsion.
