Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of tiopronin in Tiopronin/glucose injection.METHODS:The separation was performed on Diamonsil-C18 column with flow rate of 1 mL?min-1.The mobile phase composed of 0.07 mol?L-1 NaH2PO4.The detection wavelength was 210 nm.RESULTS:Tiopronin showed good linearity within range of 24.17～56.39 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 6).The average recovery was 99.06% (RSD=0.7%).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and specific for the determination of tiopronin in Tiopronin/glucose injection.
