Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To study the clinical efficacy of Astragalus injection in combination with chemotherapy for malignant tumor. METHODS: A total of 152 patients with malignant tumor were randomly assigned to receive Astragalus injection(30mL)which was added into 5% Glucose(250 mL) qd (iv gtt) in combination with chemotherapy(trial group,n=77) or chemotherapy alone(control group,n=75)for 2 cycles of treatment(1 cycle lasted 10～14 days).RESULTS: As compared with the control group, the trial group had a better improvement in short-term curative effect,quality of life and hematotoxicity (P
