Abstract:
Taking eugenics,family planning and reproductive human-assisted projects for instance,the article discusses the conflicts between modern biotechnology and the contemporary ethics.It distinguishes the concepts of life quality and that of health,and advocates that the modern medicine should conduct to be in pursuit of the high quality of life.Finally,it puts forward that we should upgrade the quality of individual's life in the circumstance of a stable and integrated communal ethics.Biotechnology may be developed immeasurably,but should be used restricted and morally.
