Abstract:
Investigators' financial conflict of interest in medical research may compromise the objectivity of the research results and the well-being of subjects.Lots of policies have been made to deal with these possible negative influences in US.This paper analyses the background of US COI policy-making and introduces the COI policies of government agencies,academic associations,medical magazines.
