Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard for Shuguan tongmai capsule(STC).METHODS:Salvia miltiorrhiza,Polygonum multiflorum,Ligustrum lucidum,Rhizoma Curcumae,Radix Paeoniae Rubra in STC were identified by TLC;the content of the Icariin in STC was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The relevant spots of Salvia miltiorrhiza,Polygonum multiflorum,Ligustrum lucidum,Rhizoma Curcumae,Radix Paeoniae Rubra were identified by TLC,and there was no interference from negative sample.The linear ranges of Icariin was 0.020 5～0.205 ?g(r=0.999 9) with an average recovery rate at 99.26%(RSD=1.36%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The established quality standard is suitable for the quality control of STC.
