Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Alyxia sinensis.METHODS:The characteristic study,microscopic identification and TLC identification of Alyxia sinensis were performed,and the content of Ursolic acid in which was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The chief characteristics of Alyxia sinensis have been summarized.The linear range of Ursolic acid was 0.053～10.600 ?g(r=0.999 9) with its average recovery at 101.45%(RSD=1.72,n=9).CONCLUSION:The established standard can be used for the quality control of Alyxia sinensis.
