Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of Baicalin in Oral liquid for gastritis. METHODS: Zorbax SB-C18(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) was used as chromatographic column, and the mobile phrase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid(50∶50∶0.2) with detection wavelength set at 276 nm.RESULTS: The calibration curve of baicalin was in good linearity over the range of 0.065～0.520 ?g (r=0.999 8). The average recovery of Baicalin was 99.79% with RSD at 1.28% (n=6).CONCLUSION: The method is simple and accurate and applicable for the quality control of Oral liquid for gastritis.
