Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To study the relevance between blood concentration of cyclosporine A(CsA)and the in vivo factors of patients after undergoing renal transplantation.METHODS:Patients receiving oral CsA administration within 1wk～1mo after undergoing kidney transplantation in our hospital were reviewed retrospectively and the blood concentration of CsA and the corresponding biochemical testing values were recorded and analyzed with regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 13.0 software.RESULTS:According to regression analysis,the linear statistical significance existed between the blood concentration of unit dose CsA and the corresponding biochemical values including ALT,AST,AST/ALT,TP,ALB,DBIL,IBIL,CHE,TBA,LDH,Urea,UA and Crea(P
