Abstract:
In order to reduce medical disputes,this article analyzed the mains causes of medical disputes and outlined some suggestions to prevent medical disputes.Medical staff should change their ideas,adjust attitudes,strengthen service and emphasize on self-improvement so that they can meet the needs of current medical situation and reduce medical disputes effectively.
