Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of Hesperidin in Kaixiong shunqi pills. METHODS: The analytical column was Nucleosil C18(250 mm?4.6 mm,10 ?m) and the mobile phase consisted of methanol - glacial acetic acid -water(35∶4∶61) as a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1. The detection wavelength was 283 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of Hesperidin was 0.432～5.184 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.9% (RSD=0.9%,n=6).CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and precise, and applicable for the determination of hesperidin in Kaixiong shunqi pills.
