Abstract:
clarithromycin, metronidazple, OAC, OMC, OAM, Helicobacter pylori, gastroduodenal
215 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer were divided into 3 groups for treating with the precedures of OAM, OAC, and OMC. Results showed that the OAM gave lowest efficacy because of high resistance to metronidazole in community. OAC gave the most efficacy though it was affected evidently by clarithromycine resistance. OMC was affected lightly by metronidazole resistance. The results of treatment was satisfied relatively because of the combined effect of clarythromycine. In case of an allergy with penicillin, this is the procedure of choice
