Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the content determination of Hyperoside and Chlorogenic acid in Menoprogen capsules.METHODS:The samples were separated on Kromasil C18 column,with mixtures of 0.1% phosphoric acid and acetonitrile as mobile phase in a gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The column temperature was 30 ℃;the detection wavelength of Hyperoside was 205 nm and that of Chlorogenic acid was 325 nm.RESULTS:Hyperoside and Chlorogenic acid showed good linear relationship over the ranges of 0.015 1～0.241 4 mg?mL-1(r=0.999 3) and 0.012 6～0.201 8 mg?mL-1(r=0.999 1),respectively.The average recoveries were 98.89% and 97.95% with RSD at 0.52% and 0.82%,respectively.CONCLUSION:This method is simple,rapid and sensitive,and it can be used for the quality control of Menoprogen capsule.
