Abstract:
This paper examines the current tense situation of physician-patient relationship from the perspective of imbalanced interests, and analyzes potential related issues. Then some feasible countermeasures are raised, such as to establish a reasonable medical moral law, increase financial investment into public healthcare, strengthen health legislation, and construct a set of effective mechanisms from both the internal and external assurance in order to achieve a harmonious physician-patient relationship.
