Abstract:
At present ,a lack of satisfaction of knowledgeable employees among private hospitals leads to exodus of a large number of talents .Based on the research on current situation that privately owned hospitals encounter and the features owned by knowledgeable employees ,the article analyzed the major reasons causing to low satisfaction level, furthermore came up with ideas that could improve satisfactory level.
