Abstract:
Currently,the physician - patient relationship is unfavorable because of the lack of mutual trust and honesty between doctors and patients.This paper points out some concerned factors including the deviation of role orientation on the both sides of medical service,the imperfections in health regulations,and the unfair distribution of medical resources.Some countermeasures are also raised in this paper as follows.Firstly,consciousness of trust and honesty and medical professionalism should be emphasized among doctors.Secondly,humanistic and people - oriented service should be applied in the practice of medical treatment.Thirdly,inter - hospital administration and medical service should be improved as well.Fourthly,the construction of concerned health legislation should be perfected in order to protect the legal rights for the both sides in the medical service.Last but not least,health care insurance and relative systems should be modified and improved.With all the countermeasures included,the medical disputes will be minimized and a harmonious physician- patient relationship will be rebuilt.
