Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To study the features of ADR induced by anti-infective drugs and discuss the factors causing ADR.METHODS:A total of 142 ADR cases reported by our hospital in 2006 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients’ age and sex,drug kinds,route of administration and clinical manifestations etc.RESULTS:A total of 19 kinds of drugs were involved in the ADR,with cephalosporins took the lead,followed by quinolones,most of the drugs were given intravenously. Lesions of skin and the appendages were the chief manifestations of ADR.Of the total ADR cases,3 were serious.CONCLUSI-ON:ADR monitoring should be strengthened in using anti-infective drugs,especially for those hidden and chronic ADR.
