To remark about magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of intra-dural Meningiomas and schwannomas

Abstract:
The study carried out on 50 cases with intra-dural meningiomas and schwannomas at Nerous Deparmen of Bachmai hospital. The result showed that: magnetic resonance imaging of intra-dural meningiomas and schwannomas have own feature and basic on the feature can define and distinguish 2 types of tumor. Meningiomas has identical intermediate sign on T1 imaging, increase identical intermediate sign on T2 imaging. The tumor soak photomagnetic strongly and identically, show in thick of dura mater at contignuous region with tumor and can see sign of dura mater tail after injection photomagnetic, rare to see making cocoon in tumor. Schwannomas have identical intermediate or descreasing sign on T1 inmaging, increase sign on T2. The tumor also soak photomagnetic strongly but no identically, making cocoon in tumor, margin part of tumor soak photomagnetic more strong. There is big rate of tumor developing through conjugate hole out of intra-dural.
