Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of misoprostol in the prevention of postcesarean hemorrhage(PCH).METHODS:344pregnant women with indications of cesarean section were randomly divided into3groups:group A were receive200mg of misoprostol sublingually,and group B to receive oxytocin by IV drop and myometrium injection with group C as control(no any drug was given)right after childbirth.PCH at different time were observed.RESULTS:Compared with group C,both the amounts and the incidences of PCH in group A and B were significantly lower(P
