Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To disscuss the general regularity and characteristics of drug-induced pathoglycemia.METHO_ DS:1590cases of drug-induced pathoglycemia reported in internal medical journals published from Jan.1994to Jun.2005were collected and analyzed.RESULTS:The drugs that induced pathoglycemia were included chiefly hormone and relate drugs(17species),antimicrobial drugs(13species)and central nervous system drugs(8species),glibenclamide was reported mostly(699cases)and the next was polarized solution(242cases).The most clinical manifestation was the decrease of blood sugar.CONC_ LUSIONS:Clinician should take care of drug-induced pathoglycemia and strengthen the monitor of the level of patient’s bl_ ood suguar in use the drug,to make sure of the safety of the drug.
