Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic type B hepatitis.METHODS:102patients with type B hepatitis were randomly selected to receive compound glycyrrhizin60ml by in-travenous drip infusion once daily for30days.The clinical symptoms,signs,and indexes of hepatic function and hepatic fibrosis were observed before and after treatment.RESULTS:As compared with treatment before,patients’symptoms,signs,indexes of hepatic function and hepatic fibrosis all had obvious amelioration after treatment(P
