Abstract:
Objective To observe the frequency of interleukin-6(IL-6) gene -572C/G polymorphism and its relationship with myocardial infarction(MI) and serum lipids in Chinese Hans. Methods IL-6/gene-572C/G polymorphism was genotyped in 232 MI patients and 260 healthy adults by PCR-RFLP method.
