Abstract:
It's ethically important for doctor and patient to adopt onus proof of conversion,the ethical vice of which makes the hospital be potential accused,who will always take over treatment for self-protect.From the view of onus proof of conversion,to eradicate overtreatment,it's a must for medical to understand onus proof of conversion,the treatment organization to enhance management to improve the doctors's professional ethics,society to recognize the high risks of medical,establish and perfect the insurance system of doctors.
