Abstract:
Since the rate of cesarean birth keeps a high level for a long time,the author tries to find a way to lower it and make it in a proper proportion,starting from the physician-patient relationship,and following the investigation,eventually come to dicuss the role of establishing harmonious physician-patient relationship in lowering the rate of cesarean birth.
