Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation process and method of quality control of hydrochloride lidocaine emul-sion.METHODS:The emulsion was prepared with hydrochloride lidocaine and others,and the contents were determinated by HPLC respectively.RESULTS:The linear range of hydrochloride lidocaine was0.05～0.6mg/ml(r=0.9998),the average recovery rate was99.8%,RSD=0.057%.CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the quality control of this preparation.
