Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To study the correlation between blood concentration of ciclosporin A(CsA)and each of the biochemical indicator,volumes of bile and urine in patients underwent liver transplantation.METHODS:Liver transplantation cases receiving oral CsA administration within1wk～1mo after liver transplantation in our hospital were reviewed retrospec-tively,the blood concentration of CsA,the corresponding biochemical testing values and the data on the bile volume from T duct,the urine output and so on were recorded and analyzed with multiple linear regression method by SPSS software.RE-SULTS:No significant correlation was found between unit dose blood concentration of CsA and the majority of biochemical testing values.However,significant linear relationship was noted between which and cholesterol,urea nitrogen,the volumes of bile from T duct and that of urine(P
