Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To establish HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in xiaoermoji tablets.METHODS:The determination was performed on Spherisorb C 18 ,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-glacial acetic acid-water(25∶4∶71),the detection wavelength was283nm,the flow rate was2.0ml/min,the column temperature was50℃,the sensitivity was0.16AUFS and the sample size was20?l.RESULTS:Hesperidin has a good linear relation with peak area score when its sample size was within a range of0.024?g～1.2?g(r=0.9999),the average recovery was99.1%(RSD=0.8%).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,fast,sensitive and accurate,and it can be served as a basis for the quality control of xiaoermoji tablets.
