Abstract:
The current basic insurance for urbanite is an important integrant of the whole society.As a social arrangement,its policy contains profound moral reliability and ethical dependability.Through analyzing the policy,especially the ethical meaningit contains,the author puts forward the ethical principle for the establishment of corresponding policy.
