- Abstract: Coronary heart disease(CHD) is one kind of common disease threatening health of people at present.Medcine treatment has ineffectiveness to some CHD at their late stage.Also,those patients have lost there optimal opportunity to be treated with interventional therapy and coronary artery bypass surgery.There is a serous controversy on how to treat these patients.In this article,we try to discuss the possibility and necessity of the interventional therapy for these people from the point of ethics and hope to guide clinic.
