Abstract:
The opening of the information resource through network provides a very good way for the sharing of science and technique resource in medical field.Meanwhile,many moral problems occur in the management of network,the safety of information and the rights of knowledge ownership.The writer focuses on how to keep the truth and safety of the science and technique information in medical field and how to get profits through network.The writer also points out some moral requirements: the truth of the information,the safety of the management of network and the profits of users.
