Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To establish HPLC method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in wind-dispelling and itching-arresting oral liquid.METHODS:The determination was performed on Hypersil Gold C 18 column,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-1.5%H 3 PO 4 (35∶65)with flow rate at0.6ml/min and detection wavelength at230nm under room temperature.RESULTS:Peoniflorin was linear with peak area score when its sample size was within the range of0.0404?g～0.2020?g(r=0.9997),the average recovery was98.1%(RSD=0.99%).CONCLUSION:The method can be used to control the quality of wind-dispelling and itching-arresting oral liquid.
