Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality control method for glycyrrhizia ephedrine tablets.METHODS:The gly?cyrrhiza in glycyrrhiza ephedrine tablets was identified by TLC and the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in the tablets was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:Glycyrrhiza could be detected in TLC;Good linear relationship was achieved when the determination concentration range of ephedrine hydrochloride was0.502～7.530?g/ml(r=0.9998),the average recovery rate was 98.80%(RSD=0.42%).CONCLUSION:The method can be used as quality control for glycyrrhiza ephedrine tablets.
