Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of preoperative chemotherapy on DNA repair in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients. MethodsThe expression of hOGG1 portein in HCC and the surrounding liver tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry assay.
