Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To observe the Therapeutic effect of Man'gan decoction plus compound glycyrrhizin in the trea_ tment of chronic type B hepatitis.METHODS:46patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with self-planned Man'gan decoction for6mo plus compound glycyrrhizin for3mo;the control group received6months'conventional therapy-diammonium glycyrrhizinate,vitamin and amino acid compound injection,etc.RESULTS:At the end of treatment,the hepatic function and hepatic fibrosis index levels of the treatment group were superior to the control group(P
