Abstract:
Objective The purpose of this study was to analyze the alterations of T_1、T_2 lymphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer. MethodsTwenty patients with primary colorectal cancer were enrolled into this study, T_1 and T_2 in the peripheral blood were evaluated by detecting the intracellular interferon-? and interleukin-4 production with 4-color flow cytometry.
