Abstract:
Based on survey by questionare, this study compares the evaluation of the ordinary city residents, the patients and the medical staff toward the medical system and medical ethics and common practice. It indicates that there exist obvious differences among the three groups. The residents have the lowest evaluation toward all aspects, while the patients show the highest evaluation, with the medical staff's as the second. It reflects the extreme inadequacy of communication and understanding between the city residents and the medical staff. In terms of medical ethics and common practice, poor service attitude of the medical staff is the common opinion of the three groups. Some strategies are suggested,in the end,to improve the medical ethics and common practice as well as the doctor-patient relation.
