Abstract:
Integrative medicine is developing trend in the future. To realize medicine updating of education ideology and talent training mode, it is necessary to learn certain iatrical knowledge for the teacher who do not have this background. In this way,it will be easier to study iatrical object and better to service it, carry through subject education with iatrical combination. Meanwhile, students can master and exert the knowledge well, medical college can set up characteristic of non- iatrical subject, in which non-iatrical teachers can work out achievement in non-specialty field and get more recognizing and respect from students. To achieve this goal, non-iatrical teachers should adopt various studying methods and set up long term efficiency system of medical knowledge studying.
