Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To determine the blood concentration of amphotercin B by RP-HPLC method.METHODS:The determination was performed with C 18 as the chromatographic column.0.005mol/L EDTA-2Na-methanol(3∶7)was taken as the mobile phase with the flow rate at1.0ml/min and the detection wavelength set at380nm.RESULTS:The linear con?centration range for amphotercin B was0.125～4.0?g/ml(r=0.9998).The average recovery rate for the3(high,middle and low)concentrations of amphotericin B was93.5%.Both the intra-day RSD and the inter-day RSD were less than3.6%.CONCLUSION:The method is simple,fast,specific and reproducible,which can be used for the clinical monitoring of the blood concentration of amphotericin B.
