Abstract:
On the basis of studying the necessity of cultivating the medical students' occupation personality, we should have a further research on the content of their occupation personality. And it's useful for the medical college to renew the concept,strengthen the revolution, pay highly attention to the education of the medical students' occupation personality and promote the development of the medical students'occupation personality.
