Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of somatostatin on the internal environment in the patients with intestinal obstruction. Methods 226 patients with acute intestinal obstruction were randomiy divided into A and B groups. In group A, the patients received routine therapy, and in group B the patients received routine therapy plus somatostatin. The clinical, laboratory and immunological indices in the both groups were detected.
