Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To put forward constructive suggestions about human resource management in Chinese pharma?ceutical enterprises in new century.METHODS:Based on relevant literature,the current situation of human resource manage?ment in state-own pharmaceutical enterprises was surveyed and analysed.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:Only by raising the level of human resource management and practicing new management modes,the pharmaceutical enterprises will get sustained benefit of the company and society.
