Abstract:
Objective To explore the features and treatment methods of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture of elderly patients with cardiopulmonary diseases. Methods 18 cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture of elderly patients with cardiopulmonary diseases teated by percutanteous vertebroplasty(PVP), and VAS(visual analogic scale) and mobility ability were measured before and after treatment. Results All 18 patients were punctured and operated successfully. The preoperitive and postoperative VAS was 7.6?1.2 and 3.7?1.3, respectively. There was obvious pain relief after operation (P
