Abstract:
In view of the shortcomings in past personnel training models, the present reform and study were undertaken in two stages, one of theoretical study and one of perfection via practice. In the first stage, top studies were made in a deep-going way on lifelong education models, the framework of multi-purpose personnel training systems in the field of health cause management was designed, and research on training goals, curriculum systems, syllabuses and textbooks, and teaching quality assessment systems was conducted. In the second stage, reform in teaching contents, educational methods and means, and construction of teaching facilities was implemented, focusing on the criteria for comprehensive quality assessment.
