Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combined general anesthesia with epidural block(CGEA) for choledocholithotomy in the elderly. Methods Sixty patients, ASA I-II, scheduled for elective choledocholithotomy were divided into single general anesthesia group(control group) and CGEA group(study group). Hemodynamics, general anesthesia dosage and awakening time were observed.
