Abstract:
Objective To observe the synthesis of TLR2 protein and mRNA expression in Kupffer cells(KCs). Methods BALB/C mice were used to make model of partial hepatic ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury. After injury, KCs were isolated with two-steps in situ perfusion technique. The synthesis of TLR2 protein was determined by flow cytometric analysis (FCM) and real time reverse transcription(polymerase) chain reaction (Real Time RT-PCR) was used to analyse its gene expression in KC.
