Abstract:
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of human TREM-1 mRNA in patients with (biliary) infection. Methods Peripheral blood of 32 patients with biliary infection and 7 healthy volunteers were (collected). TREM-1 mRNA was determined by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. TNF-? was determined by ELISA method.
